Papop joined Recycling & Recovery Expo 2023 and presented leachate treatment
Papop, the leading green technology provider in Thailand, joined Recycling & Recovery Expo 2023 on 29-30 March 2023 at Hall EH104 at Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Center in Krungthep (Bangkok), Thailand. Papop specialized in wastewater treatment, biogas production, water reuse/recycle and solar power plant.
During the event Apipong Lamsam (D Eng), Managing Director of Papop, presented “How to achieve Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) for MSW Power Plant”. Leachate is characterized by very high COD, TKN and TDS. He stressed that Papop has a membrane technology for leachate treatment from MSW power plant to pass discharge standard of Thailand and can also produce biogas.
The treatment process consists of primary, secondary and tertiary treatment processes. The last process is Reverse Osmosis (RO) using 3rd Generation DTRO (disk type RO).
Ms. Korawan Sowichai (BD Manager – wastewater and biogas) and Mr. Ekkawit Ekjintawit (BD Manager – solar) also joined this event and provides information to the prospects, clients and vendors who visited the booth. Papop team highlighted reuse/recycle of treated wastewater.
